Obtaining
Mob Kills
Erythrocyte items can be obtained by killing any hostile mob. It has a 5% drop chance.
Item Qualities
A Spooky variant can be obtained by by obtaining this item during a Halloween event. Every dropped Erythrocyte has a 0.75% chance of being dropped with the Spooky item quality.
